1. Our room was tidied daily but occasionally the bath/shower was not touched although the towels were changed daily, the only downside was that the aircon was very noisy (framework vibrating).

2. my wife and i arrived the end of march 2012 fof 2 weeks the room we were put in the air con was a bit noisy so we complained and were moved to a much quieter room with no bother at all our cleaner jean was very helpful and very good .

4. stayed in tower block had avery noisy hot tap but apart from that room was good cleaned every day and very comfortable the pool was lovely the best i have encountered in orlando on my stays staff were so friendly always went out of their way to say hello or ask if we were enjoying stay.

7. good location but hotel run down no staff to help with luggage comming or going basic rooms with very noisy air con and noisy fridges through the night tiles missing in lift children could easy cut their feet carpets well worn dirty walls wont be going again.

I read some of the reviews and sent an email before booking to stay in the recently renovated D block, the room was perfect for us, we had a problem with noisy neighbours so moved up one floor and the staff were very helpfull and friendly about our move, the room was very clean and beds and towels were made and replaced daily, close to the pool for the kids so that was great, was in the pool and spa every day as it was clean and heated, the food was a bargain and extremely nice so would definately go back and stay there again, centre spot on i-drive for everything if you dont drive like us, had a great time.
