3. - check in was great, courteous staff- hot floor and hallway by room- other guest hair throughout room (bathtub, sink, toilet)- broken and not enough electrical outlets- refrigerator wasn't cold at all- ice machine broke on my floor- free wireless was nice- toilet was so close to the wall we had to sit sideways.

7. When we arrived we put placed in C Block [block being the operative word] but the main entrance door was broke, the room door looked like it had been kicked in on more than one occassion and the toilet never stopped flushing [good job my husband is a plumber.

10. Rickety, broke down, scary elevators, railings in serious need of repair and the bars spaced too far apart-a small child could easily fit through them and plummet to their death if not being watched carefully.
