I have got nothing good to say about the International Palms and I am amazed that any tour operator uses it and particularly amazed that it was used to accomodate passengers who were stranded , the last thing you would wish to remember about your holiday would be having to spend the last couple of days couped up in such a dirty , smelly unsafe Hell Hole , and that is why we didnt and you SHOULD NOT stay here.

6. when we arrived we were put in a room that was quite damp and smelly so i went to the front desk and asked for another room they did so without any problems.

7. On the final day of our holiday we again ventured to the pool this time the 'poop' was all over the toilet floor which was located next to the pool, so we went to use the toilets in the courtyard area, but they were exactly the same dirty, smelly and downright disgusting.
