1. The following day the pool was cold again, apparently the pool heater was now broken.

2. They're completely uncomfortable, and the hotel only has 4 cushions that they lock up each night and then try to rent out each day so you dont have to sit on broken, uncomfortable lounge chairs.

3. The ice machine was broken on the 7th floor and on 2 different floors and the vending machines on each floor was broken.

5. Also, there was a small screw on the floor I almost stepped on, the heater was broken (didn't work plus the knob part was smashed in), stains on the carpet everywhere (inside room and throughout entire hotel), hair on bathroom floor, inside tub and on walls and just plain run down and gross.

6. Will start of with the only negative point i have about this hotel and that is the first room we were put in in the large multi storey block was horrible, nasty bathroom with cracked tiles and a broken toilet, an air con unit that sounded like someone was mowing the lawn in your room, lifts that didnt work and according to other guests were constantly breaking down, basically the whole room was awful.

7. the three elevators in the tower block were a bit hitty missy but i have seen worse elsewhere and if one was broken it was soon repaired again the waiting times were not excessive though.
