1. Since I had a baby, I brought along my white noise machine for sleeping, so the loud highway noise wasn't an issue for us.

3. We had no issues with noise from neighbours unlike some other people have suggested but accept this may be due to being on the top floor.

4. A few guest did have problems but from what I could see the hotel did try their best to resolve issues as soon as they occurred.

6. The safe in the second room was apparently left locked by the previous guests, and even thought I reported it to the front desk, no one ever came to resolve this issue.

The next day, I reported the soda machine, elevator, and room issues to the front desk staff, Victoria, who simply smiled, told me I should have said something upon check-in about the problems (which I obviously hadn't encountered yet) and basically told me sometimes the elevators took a while and I should wait.

8. This being said it is my understanding,after speaking with Brent the general manager, that this is an issue he is looking into and going to improve on.
