1. Facilities / Housekeeping- The housekeeping was as you expect they came and done what the had to do with minimal disturbance spoke to a few of them who where all very pleasant and accomodating to our needs.

7. Maids were fine, we left do not disturb sign on when we didnt want them in the room to clean then when went out for the day took it off and rooms were always cleaned when went back.

8. I imagine the burglars had been disturbed as only my purse was stolen - there was a laptop in a bag at the far end of the room that luckily wasn't taken.

9. The worst part is that when I called front desk to complain that room was nto cleaned, they did not believe me and questioned me whether I put the do not disturb sign outside.
