1. Our room was tidied daily but occasionally the bath/shower was not touched although the towels were changed daily, the only downside was that the aircon was very noisy (framework vibrating).

3. The only downside to the room was that the linens showed signs of wear and tear, Hotel is very close to universal, wet & wild, and many amenities; public transportation across the street.

4. The only downside was having up at the crack of Dawn to book the next days Disney shuttle and some days you couldn't even get on and often it was over booked also many evenings we had to get a taxi back.

7. Hotel provides shuttlebus to disney, universal and seaworld (this was free for us but downside is that hotel is charging for this service from now on).
