1. Problems with our multiple rooms included:The front door had about 1/2 inch gap all the way round where the door didnt fit the frame,broken safe,dirty,overpowering smell of drains and lights not working.

I assume this gets washed between each guest? why? beacuse the first room we got the bedding felt damp, we thought it may be us, but we couldn't get to sleep as it was so damp (and an overpoweringly strong smell of bleach in the room) my husband was worried as I suffer with asthma and that could cause me to be bad.

7. After a bit of research, it was decided the smell originated from that awful plastic mat in the tub, and he also wiped the floors down with one of the towels because the mop must have not been cleaned throughly and it just distributed urine across the floor.
