1. We had requested a top floor room, and this was allocated without any issue - We asked to face International Drive, and this was honored too.

2. In the 3 times we've stayed here, I've never had an issue, the first time was when a huge Hurricane was coming through Florida, and a tree fell through one of the windows right near our room, and even throughout that the staff were excellent.

4. I've stayed at this hotel 8 times over the years and other more expensive ones with no issues at all, you get what you pay for it's as simple as that.

5. Only issue was that getting out of the parking lot on to International Drive can be a challenge at times, especially if you are trying to turn left .

7. Halfway through holiday we discovered bed bugs, immediately we were moved to another room this was not an issue, as a hotel these things can happen especially in overseas hotels.

10. staff were very pleasant and helpful, we had a minor issue with our toilet(it took a while to flush) we went down to reception where they apologised and said they would send someone up, that person was at the room before we got back up.
