1. When I went to hotel reception to complain, they wouldn't take any responsibility and told me to see the desk in the corner first thing, who also wouldn't take responsibility and said sometimes they are just late.

7. Yes its a bit of hassle getting 2 buses and then the Disney buses, but paying $4 for the return journey you can't really complain - it's a fraction of the cost of taxis, or the hotel shuttle bus and a great option for those who don't want to drive.

8. There are 2 pools one of which was rather annoying, It said they opened at 9 so at about 1/4 past we were there ready for a bit of sunbathing, no such luck there was a man washing all the chairs down, i complained to the front desk and was told it would open at 10.

10. My only complaint was that the hotel super market sold a lot of out of date food (some months out of date) so check your wrappers, but when we complained about this they rectified the issue immediately and were quick to refund our money.
