1. Can't quite understand some of the negative comments I have read on here, It is excellent and would reccommend to anyone staying in this area.

2. We didnt experience ant negatives at QII and would be more than happy to recommend to most of my friends apart from those that I know expect too much for there dosh or enjoy picking fault and I would normally avoid recommending anywhere to them.

6. Overall we had a wonderful time and were glad that we did not listen to some reviews that were very negative, the only thing that I can suggest is if they want Hilton standards they should be prepared to pay Hilton prices.

7. The shower was probably the only thing I would give a negative for the room, it was one of the plastic-y/fiberglass one piece shower units and although it was clean it looked dirty because it was stained, the shower head was rather low and didn't have the best pressure.
