1. The only thing that let the room down was the bathroom, the ceiling was disgusting with mould everywhere, im sure the bath hadnt been cleaned in months as there was ground in dirt which would have come out with a bit of jiff and a rough sponge.

2. The things that let it down were - some of the drawers were hard to open, there was some dirt on silicone around base of toilet (but toilet itself was very clean), the shower enclosure was clean but I could have got it cleaner with a good scrub with cream cleaner, I assume the cleaners just wash it down so in places there was a bit of a build up of soap - you couldn't see it unless you really looked, I certainly wasn't put off at all by it.

3. The room initially looked ok, a bit dated but ok but on closer inspection there was line of dirt running around the whole room, in the corners were piles of dirt left, especially behind the beds where they think you wont look, there was chewing gum stuck all over the head boards, the fridge was old ( you could over look this) but it wouldn`t close and was full of rust.

5. the beds were made but the amount of mold was unbelievable and the rugs had so much dirt, lint, and food on them I was scared to put my toddler down.
