1. We had a minor problem with our room and maintenance was there to address the problem within 5 minutes.

4. my problem given a nice room overlooking mickey dees ,which happens to be the entrance to coaches to the hotel this could carry on till 11 pm and start again at early morning ie 7.

5. Did have problem with toilet flush, called reception, someone was with us with in 2 minutes, all sorted.

6. Do not choose this hotel if you want peace and quiet either as people staggering around drunk at all hours was a problem.

7. problems with our multiple rooms included:The front door had about 1/2 inch gap all the way round where the door didnt fit the frame,broken safe,dirty,overpowering smell of drains and lights not working.

8. There were 2 pools on site at the hotel, we stayed at one most of the time as it was perfect for the kids and we could always get 9 sun beds, not a problem.

9. The main problem was that the outside wall provided absolutely no insulation from the noise outside.

10. This hotel is brilliant for what you pay and to blame the staff or hotel for problems which are nothing to do with them is just ridiculous.
