1. We found the reception girl very rude on our check in, she could have been tired and we made allowances.

4. The first couple of days of our stay were pleasant, however, on the Monday they started renovation work on the room 2 doors along from ours and we were rudely awakened at 8am or earlier every morning by banging, shouting and the sound of electric tile cutters being used on the landing.

This singer insulted my eight year old son calling him over the microphone rude child rude boy all because he was playing the games machine on the bar and cheering when he was winning, he then kept mocking my wife and daughter every time they got up to go to the bathroom, he kept making remarks about karoake and the japanese ruining music he was really rambling probably because the whole time he played noone clapped he was that bad.
