1. We moved to this hotel from the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando (due to lack of availability for our full stay).

2. pools closed in bad weather - however there is no clear signs up to say why it closes and it took a long time to reopen and several complaints afterwards, Reception staff not the friendliest probably down to lack of tips (they are there own worse enemy).

4. Breakfast buffet is ok but ponderosa offer more variety for half the price and we both were really disappointed with the lack of choice and taste of the evening buffet.

8. Next morning we caught the housekeeper to ask why the bedding felt damp (awkward due to her lack of English) However she did change the sheets and blanket/duvet.

9. Off we went for our cruise and on our return we had another 4 nights to endure so as we checked in I asked for a room in a quieter location and explained about the lack of sleep.

10. tbh i'd not go back, the interstate noise was intrusive, and the lack of a balcony was the biggest failing.
