1. The beds were crawling - spend two weeks scratching, not sure the cleaners know how to actually clean a room - the bath mat was filthy and moldy.

10. Got to the room, sheets had not been changed from previous guests, mold growing on the ceiling, shower broken, floor not vacuumed, something gross wiped on the wall, bathroom floor had not been cleaned in forever, toilet was nasty as well.
