3. The truth was that this was a terrible mistake, as this hotel is no more than a 2 stars as compared to the Hilton Orlando that is a great hotel with excellent service, and very easily a 5 stars.

I rated this hotel terrible because of two things 1) the very poor welcome we received upon checking, which went along the following lines: 'hello, give me your credit card I need to bill you an extra $100' and a piece of paper was trust at me explaining the MANDATORY ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE of $12.
