1. I understand that people make mistakes but the woman we dealt with was extremely rude, almost as if it was my mistake.

2. The truth was that this was a terrible mistake, as this hotel is no more than a 2 stars as compared to the Hilton Orlando that is a great hotel with excellent service, and very easily a 5 stars.

3. The Hotel staff here were the most friendly people I have ever met, from Thomas at the front desk at check-in, who help us out a lot, because we made a mistake in our booking, which was date the night before and not for that night, he reinbruse that night and give us room the day we arrived.

5. I made the mistake and ate there with my 2 daughters and with just the 3 of us and one of my daughtets just ordering breakfast off the menu our bill was $46.
