1. I have nothing to complain about and would deffinitely choose this hotel again.

2. However, when we got the bill the next morning we found that she had added a tip on for herself - we obviously weren't happy so complained to the manager at check out - she then refunded the entire cost of our meal which was brilliant and more than made up for the dreadful waitress.
