3. , ok about the hotel itself its quite nice but, please review and double check about your reservation to avoid 'miscommunications' what looked like to be a very dissapointed hotel stay, turned out to be quite nice thanks to the manager Tara who did a great job.

5. We were looking to do a bit of shopping and then a visit to universal and so opted to stay here as just us two adults and so hoped we may avoid the inevitable hoards of children.
