Apparently this covers use of the business centre (6 rather dirty Internet computers and 2 printers), the outdoor pool area, the gym, your in-room safe and refrigerator ( there is no minibar) and self parking (which is actually the free parking for the shopping mall to which the hotel is attached).

6. The floor on which the room was located during my stay was dilapidated, the carpets were dangerously wrinkled, and incredibly worn, dirty, the wall paper equally dingy.

8. The only negative I found, was a dirty glass in my room with what appeared to be dried orange juice pulp inside that perhaps didn't come off in the dishwasher.

9. Another note, my family is in the hotel industry so this seemed odd to me that when we were checking into our room after 5pm that day, the maids dirty linens and carts were still in the hallway.
