I rated this hotel terrible because of two things 1) the very poor welcome we received upon checking, which went along the following lines: 'hello, give me your credit card I need to bill you an extra $100' and a piece of paper was trust at me explaining the MANDATORY ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE of $12.

4. Back to the room, the bathroom was nothing expected of a quality hotel, the complimentry amenities were poor and there was a communual type dispenser for shampoo and soap in the shower with no mention of brand or fragrence etc.

7. As it is now, I have to park a couple hundred meters away from the hotel and walk next to a valet parking lot that is 80% empty, which has no revenue generating impact, and is a poor way to treat customers.
