1. Only negative is the parking/traffic around mall.

2. The only real negative was that a whole soccer team was staying on my floor, so they were a bit noisy one of the nights until midnight.

4. -I was there for a conference, so here are the related comments: -The chairs were all worn, many stained, and all uncomfortable, as I believe the cushion has long lost its 'bounce' (negative).
