1. As with any hotel, there were some minor issues that arose, but all were quickly remedied.

4. We had a minor glitch where something happened with a light bulb in the back of the room and the staff were there immediately to take care of the issue.

5. The only real issues are that 1) You have to park in a shopping mall parking lot, so anyone could be there at anytime of the night, and you may have to park far out, which could be a pain if you have kids and luggage, and 2) the ice machine was really, really far away.
