1. I think you just can't go wrong at this hotel for the price and location.

3. We were not offered any assistance by staff when checking in (??) Also, when we checked in, they didn't tell us about the bus to the parks so we ended up on the wrong bus and had to ride to downtown disney to catch the right bus to the Magic Kingdom, this added a hour to our night.

5. Don't get me wrong the deluxe resorts are each beautiful and unique.

6. The only complaint I can think of is that the food wasn't that great in the quick service restaurant at French Quarters and a couple of times they made my order of food wrong.
