1. We had 2 kids and a cooler in tow and dragging everything up 2 flights of stairs was the worst.

5. The rolling carts were very noisy, but the worst was that every time they went in and out of the doors, they flipped the little lever that keeps the doors from closing which made a big 'bang' every time the doors would go to automatically close.
