2. Mold and mildew in the bathroom tub grout and on walls, carpet smells, ripped sheets and pillow cases and enough dust you could grow seeds.

Our room had mildew in the shower and on the shower curtain liner, caked on dirt in the shower corner, a previous guest's hair wrappaed around our toilet seat hinges, a layer of dust on the baseboards, splattered water, toothpaste and handprints on the bathroom mirrors, some brown liquid splashed on the wall and a tag and some string (maybe used dental floss?) on the bathroom floor when we checked in.
