1. One minor negative could be that there should be DVD players in the room, for those nights you arrive back a little early and would like to relax? Maybe you could hire DVD's to watch during your stay? As there were not any we took advantage of the open air cinema on two occasions, this was a lovely way to wind down at night, the kids loved making their own popcorn in the food hall.

7. Only negatives are they no longer provide Kids life jackets for free at the pool but you can rent them and they were doing renovations to the lobby when we stayed but they've got to do it sometime to keep the hotel looking so nice.

Only negatives I could point out were the loudness of the rolling housekeeping carts, and the bathrooms: the toilets flushed so loudly that we could hear them in rooms above/next to us; the light in the bath/toilet area wasn't that bright; and the water stream from the shower head wasn't that forceful.
