Check in: smooth and quickHouse keeping - good - we had a few days where we needed to rest in the afternoon so kept the 'do not disturb' sign on and one of the days received extra towels and shampoo, etc via a bag on the doorGrounds - beautiful and clean - we enjoyed walking around the resort and along the path to RiversideBoat to Downtown - smooth regular service - very convenientBusses - never had to wait long for a bus but every bus except for Magic Kingdom was shared with Riverside which added 4 stops either leaving the hotel or when coming back to the hotel.

2. A few times it wasn't necessary for our room to be cleaned or have fresh towels so we did choose to put the do not disturb sign in the key slot.

10. One day we stayed in our room as our daughter was a little unwell, we put our sign outside the room for no housekeeping, and we had a message on our phone to confirm they wouldnt disturb us but we were to call if we needed anything.
