1. Even though that one was delivered broken by UPS, they still were helpful and pleasent and concerned about my son being upset about the gun from disney he didn't get.

6. ok this hotel was the worst the manager sent me up a broken rollaway cot and told me he has others but they are all the same, they dont change linen everyday, they gave me 2 shampoos for 4 people and i had a floof in the bathroom all week long told management they didnt do a thing to help all the boxes to my souviners were ruined , bathroom was not clean beds were double beds on the small side and very hard, this resort has Nothingto offer its Horrible.

7. Elevator in bldg 3 has broken buttons, paint stains of flooring, chips on walls where bell carts have run into them.

8. Flooded sidewalks after hard rains almost made it to doorways on ground level rooms (obvious broken downspouts contribute to this problem).

9. There was a broken tile, shelf in closet can use retouching and the bathroom floors were dated and yeah the toilet makes a noise when you flush but nothing that would wake you up from sleep.
