1. The food court is horrible but on par with all the other 'quick service' Disney dining 'experiences.

For $180 a night, we had a room with two queen beds that had okay mattresses, average linens, and horrible, puny little pillows (and no extras offered in the closet area like many other hotels have) -- the bed quality is what I'd expect at a Hampton Inn (actually, Hampton Inn offers much nicer pillows, but I digress).
