1. This hotel lacks a formal sit-down table service restaurant but that never has ever bothered us since Boatwright's in POR is walkable and it's so easy to get around to other dining locations.

2. A sub-par offering is the lack of TV stations; while roadside motels boast 'HBO' on their signs, Disney properties offer only Disney channels and the basic networks.

3. If I had one minor complaint it would be that the food court was lacking.

4. The lakes that serve as centerpieces in most Disney resorts are nice, but the lack of one here adds to the feeling of coziness.

5. The French Quarter is the smallest of Disney's resort hotels and feels very laid back and relaxed when compared to say the Contemporary, Caribbean Beach or All-Star Movies but it doesn't lack for quality, the grounds are always immaculate and there is a lot of space for kids to let off steam as well as a good sized pool with slide and a small hot tub.
"Laid back & lovely, our favourite Disney resort " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/28/2012 Vote

8. There are so many places to eat around the parks that we rarely ate at the hotel except for breakfast (the kids went for waffles or pancakes every time but there were also yogurt and fruit, cereal and more traditional 'cooked' breakfasts) somethng for everyone really so lack of menu choices not really an option although i appreciate that salads or chips must get boring for veggies.
"Awesome! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/17/2012 Vote
9. add to the fact my wife is a vegi and i challenge anyone not to be sick of pizza and chips for 2 weeks solid, that said when we raised the issue that a distinct lack of protien options for vegi's we were offered turkey.

10. The food court had a great selection although was lacking in the pre-packaged salad dressings; all you had to do was go to the salad station, though, and they hooked you up.
