1. unfortunately, the toilet had mold growing out of the tank onto the sides of the toilet which I wiped up because it was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary, and there was a huge area of the carpet by the front door which was extremely damp for the entire 5 days we were there.

3. unfortunately this hotel had the character dining each morning with the same characters every day so the novelty wore off for the children after a few days.

6. The white sand beach that's close to the pool area plays Disney movies every night, however unfortunately you can't swim in it.

9. one small note would have requested a blanket for day bed but always got back late and didn't think of it till later when we did unfortunately it never came.
