5. Tried to get a table for lunch one day without reservations, and it was at least a 30 minute wait outside in the heat (even though I was sick and close to fainting, the hostess would not allow us to wait inside in the doorway) so we decided to skip it.

6. During our stays DVD players have been available [you can get lots of dvds at the store for the night, free to DVC members but I believe available for a charge to any guest] which help tremendously when there's a rainy evening or a sick kid.

8. Check in and concierge were more than happy to assist me with everything I needed and housekeeping was there at 2am when my daughter got sick, twice.
