1. At check-in there were some issues which were mishandled leading to some future problems (credit card linking to room keys).

4. The only problem is you need to make a reservation more than a week ahead of your dining day otherwise no good reservation time will be available.

5. We had a problem with our first room also but it was remedied by a very helpful cast member who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was magical.

8. Kitchenette is small but it was OK for sorting out breakfast but I would not like to prepare a lunch or dinner (which is not a problem for us as we tend to eat out for these meals when on holiday).

9. The one complaint I have is that there were only 2 drawers for clothing, This was definitelly a problem for four people.

10. The resort is huge and was a bit of a maze finding our way to our room, but there is good signage and we had not problems at all with it.
