Hotel is beautiful, room was located for what seem like one mile from elevator, spacious corner room, a bit outdated, not enough lighting, as a matter of fact, only one lamp on one of the nightstands, called Housekeeping and within minutes a lamp was brought, except that there was no electrical outlet by the second nightstand, so the lamp was set on the dresser.

7. Anyone who thinks this place is outdated must have forgotten how outdated and in need of a second cleaning so many of the motels,hotels, and bed & breakfasts on the Jersey Shore.

8. I have heard some people say certain parts of the rooms or halls etc needed updating but I walked the whole hotel about 50 times and did not notice anything that looked worn or outdated.

I read some reviews before our trip commenting that the decor was outdated and that the carpets needed to be replaced, I did not find that to be the case while we were there - the rooms were great, the carpets were fun with the disney characters on them (our son loved looking at them), and the lobby was bright and welcoming.
