1. Here's the bad: Hotel needs to be updated, internet service in the rooms is TERRIBLE, you have to used the internet in the lobby or outside in the rocking chairs, cost of food is through the roof and not a good choice of restaurants (there are restaurants, but they have specific schedules for service).

3. I washed our laundry the last night so that we could leave late and the kids clothes would be clean after our 16 hour drive home (we would get home after midnight and they had to go to school the next morning because they'd already missed a week) and all of our clothes had to be re-washed because they smelled terrible.

4. These aren't terrible rooms, but the water views are great at night as you can see the Boardwalk all light up across the lake.

7. While you can walk or boat to Epcot and DHS, the buses to the MK, AK, and particularly Downtown Disney are terrible.
