1. As for restaurant options, with Epcot on your doorstep (we ate in Japan, Germany and France) and all the Boardwalk area restaurants, along with Cape May Cafe and the Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club, and the quick service options from the Marketplace, I don't understand how people could complain about the lack of restaurants.

4. The only (minor) disappointment was the lack of towel animals - last year we got a different animal/Disney character made by artfully folding towels and leaving them on the bed, which the kids loved.

5. Customer service is definitely lacking, and foresight on the part of their room assigner is shocking for a family-friendly Disney hotel.
