1. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we woke up feeling sore and miserable every morning.

We used the Magical Express from the airport and there was a bit of a wait at the airport after we boarded the bus but not too horrible, additionally the bus stopped at several other resorts first (Beach Club was last in this case) but the timing ended up being perfect as we got out of the bus at the Beach Club as the Epcot fireworks were nearing the finale and we were able to watch them before going to check in.

7. Service is a bit unctuous for my taste, as the servers seem to all be bucking for the 20% tip (even for a buffet), but not horrible.
