1. At check-in there were some issues which were mishandled leading to some future problems (credit card linking to room keys).

9. We've had issues in the past with housekeeping arriving JUST as we put the toddler down for a nap) the beds remain, in my opinion, the most comfortable I've slept in at Disney.
