1. I asked for clean glasses and coffee supplies but was cut short while trying to explain what else was wrong and was told that someone would bring up glasses and coffee supplies.

7. Bottom line: nothing wrong with the hotel at all, fine place for a business meeting, but if you're choosing a 'Downtown Disney' hotel for the feeling of Disney 'magic,' this is not your place.
