3. The leak was just an unfortunate circumstance and, although they could have handled it differently, at least our rooms very quickly and meticulously changed without any fuss.

4. The Palace unfortunately is the last drop off but it didn't usually take too long to get back to the hotel.

5. I unfortunately am allergic to sleeping with feathers so one call to the front desk and within 15 minutes housekeeping came up and changed out my bed.

9. unfortunately the suites are in a totally separate building from the main hotel so we found it inconvenient to take advantage of services that were offered in the main hotel.
