3. From the decor of the rooms, the amount of staff available on site and the friendliness/attentiveness of the staff, the Buena Vista Plaza definitely works hard to give a high end feeling without the cost.

4. The downfall is that we were the last hotel it picked up so they were pretty full and we had to stand up which I didnt mind just hard with kids.

5. hard to describe but the way the furniture was one could easily go over the railing and since it was the 22nd floor it kinda freaked us out a little.

6. this place was the worst , the room smelled and the re frig leaked water all over the floor the sliding door barely would open and the knob did come off due to rust , the phone hardly would work you couldn't hear much, the tv was worst then having rabbit ears , the front desk said sorry to hear that have a nice trip home , never again would I ever stay in this dump .
