1. ) Our only complaint would be the onsite bar where we had to eat because the restaurant had already closed for the evening- very poor slow service there.

4. Character breakfast was poor, we didn't see the 3 characters and non paying guests were just walking In and having photos taken with them, not even having to eat the poor and expensive breakfast.

5. In summary the manager made a poor decision in not providing any type of refund, the layout is horrible to navigate and distance from self parking to suites is LONG when you are tiard after the parks, then the bugs from my kids bed and finally the bus ride which took one hour at the end of our day at Disney.
