1. Also, our safe did not work (although they did manage to fix this quite promptly) and also the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken.

9. The room was of sufficient size but had seen better days and the only occasional chair in the room (versus a desk chair with broken casters) must have been designed by the same people who design airport waiting area chairs - very uncomfortable.

10. Maybe from the outside the hotel looks like a 4 star, but inside totally suck, it's old, the towels seem like never been wash, even our room door broken so often, took them hrs to fix it and not even the vending machine works.
