1. As for the rooms being cleaned our room was cleaned everyday except one when we left the do not disturb sign on the door, when we got back to our room after a day at the parks there was a message left on our phone explaining that our room had not been cleaned due to the sign being on the door but if we would like it cleaned to contact housekeeping.

2. One day I forgot to take down the Do Not disturb tag so housekeeping did not service the room, but they called and left a message that if I wanted service later to contact them.

9. it is very easy to hear other people staying around you, so noise can be a problemthe island rooms do not have the great view - they are only about 4 stories high-and they are seperated from the main resort no microwave in roomsthe maids come knocking early so put the do not disturb sign out if you don't want an 8:00 wake up knockThis resort is perfect for someone who just wants to relax and do some shopping.
