1. unfortunately, we had to leave by 7:10, so we took cold showers and had to go outside in the cold weather.

2. The pool was also out out service while we were there for painting (just unfortunate timing) as it looked relaxing and it was outdoor so it was very nice.

3. The 'sliding' glass door out to the little balcony LOOKED welcoming when entering the room --- unfortunately AFTER I opened the extra security latch, I nor any other staff could close it (we got it JAMMED shut so I was 'secure' but could not open again).
