1. I didn't realise that they had a shuttle bus to the French quarter until reading reviews on our return, I thought the hotel was a little way out of the French quarter, but wasn't a problem as we either took a cab or the tram.

2. They did have a elevator problem, however that could happen at any hotel and they were making efforts to repair it.

3. The only problem was the pool was not heated as I was told, but they were working on it.

4. The remodel was going on(stayed on Nov19th)but was not a problem as we had a newly redone room w/balcony, with all the amenities needed for a sleep/wakeup.
