1. This hotel is indeed dated, with very old and shabby furniture, but if you look past that - and the slightly peeling wallpaper - it is very clean and comfortable.

2. The wallpaper was peeling off, the sliding door to the balcony didn't close all the way, and there was LESS space in the king suite than in a standard room (for over double the price.

3. This hotel needs a major overhaul, the rooms are extremely dated, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the balcony door did not shut properly allowing in small bugs and taxing the air conditioning unit beyond its capabilities --- and we were on the Concierge level.
