1. Despite the hotel's dated exterior and lobby area, my husband and I were very pleased that our room was ready upon our arrival (which was several hours before check-in).

4. Coming off of the elevator, the floor smelled damp and musty and the room was the same way in addition to the old and dated room furniture and decor.

8. This hotel needs a major overhaul, the rooms are extremely dated, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the balcony door did not shut properly allowing in small bugs and taxing the air conditioning unit beyond its capabilities --- and we were on the Concierge level.
